NVIDIA · NVDA · REGULATORY UPDATE
As of 31 October 2026
What changed
Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs denied that its officials had made the statements attributed to them about Alice Huang’s alleged intelligence ties or conducted the described investigations into her.
Separately, an attached police response dated 30 October confirmed that investigations into Megaspeed remain ongoing. The clarification does not establish wrongdoing by NVIDIA or resolve that separate corporate investigation.
Keep the dates distinct

Why it matters — our interpretation
Investors should distinguish allegations, official responses and established findings. A correction to one part of a story is not a quantified change to NVIDIA’s earnings outlook.
Our research review focuses on confirmed effects on customer eligibility, shipments, revenue or liabilities. This announcement alone does not support a new price forecast.
